Ridge's birthday

For Ridge's birthday we did a Super hero theme. He has been looking forward to this day for months!! He invited 10 friends to come and they all came dressed in superhero gear. It was a lot of fun. 

 Here's his cake. I made it and showed him and he didn't like it at first because it had no superhero on it and he didn't like the sticks. I convinced him to keep the sticks and add Ironman. It was a good compromise :)

 As the guys all showed up they made superhero gear. A mask, wrist and ring.

 Then they got hotdogs with special juice

 We headed down stairs for a pinata. It didn't quite make it through all the kids. We have some kids with good arms ;)

 Then we played pin the shield on the superhero.

 Then finally we played "Spiderman, spiderman, Ironman" (Duck Duck Goose).

 As Ridge blew out his candles, the paper behind it caught on fire. Pretty funny.

 Then the boys finished off with a superhero show. Other wards it was a fighting ring. We couldn't remind them enough to calm down or don't hit faces, or heads etc. I got it on video. It was hilarious to watch. It was a lot of fun and Ridge got a lot of great things from his friends. Thanks to all that came to make the friends.
