Brecklynn's birthday at Mom and Dads

Before her actual birthday, we went down to spend some much needed and overdue time down at Grandma and Grandpas and also took advantage of the timing to do a little celebration for Brecklynn's birthday. She was so excited!!

 I couldn't believe how much Brielle loved the cake this time. Just 6 weeks before at her birthday she wouldn't have anything to do with her cake. But she dove into this one. 

Brecklynn got pjs for her birthday and she wanted me to take a pic for me to send to my parents to show them she's wearing them. She chose this pose :) Love it. She even started doing some kind of modeling dance. So not usually her but loved it. Wish I could share it on here. So she had a great 1st birthday!

Random Family Time

For Family Home Evening...and well any cool evening, we usually take a family walk since we live so close the the campus. The kids love to run on the grass and hills. This is just some pics from one of those walks. 

 And this one is random but Brielle has been attached to my glasses and loves to put them on! Super cute!

Sunsplash!!

For my Mother-in-laws birthday, she took everyone to SunSplash. We were missing I think only Aaron, Darren and Roy so it was quite the crowd. The kids all had a blast. It was such a fun day. Thanks for the memories Steve and Pat!

Finally 4th of July

This summer has been a busy summer and full of firsts. But I need to catch up. Since school starts next week, I figure I'll FINALLY get summer done ;)

So here's Miss Brielle. She finally started walking in June. She full of animation and will talk to you all day in her own language. She's becoming more and more full of personality and we love it. She's my cuddler for sure and could sit with me for hours at a time. 

 These next pics are out of order because some are from my phone and the others from the camera. Sorry.

We started the morning off doing the typical of going to the parade where the kids actually got to go on the fire truck. They had to be up even earlier to do it but they loved it. Then we had a small pancake breakfast at nana's.

 That night we had a bbq and dessert with friends as our good friends Michael and Whitney were moving to Hawaii the next day. The kids loved playing with their friends and the guys set off some fireworks Ryan had gotten.

 Then we went to the Fireworks. Kids each got glow sticks and we sat literally under them. We kept feeling pieces hit us. Brielle quickly fell asleep during the fireworks.

It was a nice day. Kids had a blast.
