First Day of First Grade!!

Today is Cambree's first day of First Grade. She has been so excited to go. She woke up at 5:30 on her own and was done with chores and getting ready by 6:30. The hour after waiting to actually go was so hard for her. Wasted some of the time taking some pictures and going early to grab some in class. I am excited to see how she does this year. Her teacher seems awesome and helps Cambree knew her before meeting her again. Here's to the beginning of another school year!!

POOL!!!

We spent a lot of time at the pool this year. My kids LOVE the pool. Brielle is a true water baby. I loved going and getting them tired and taking long naps!!

New cousin- Baby Stricker

Chad and LeMae welcomed their new baby boy Stricker on July 30th. He was a big boy at 9 lbs. So not expected. They came to visit when he wasn't even a week old and the kids totally ate him up. They kept hovering over him. Touching his hair- checking his "black thingy" on his belly :). They wanted to hold him constantly. They kept asking me if I could have another and Ridge kept saying he wanted a baby brother.....oh well :) He's a doll though!!

Friends

We've been having a lot of fun with these kiddos!! Carter and Cooper came over one day to take advantage of the water slide.

Fun with cousins at Nana's

Pat had Ecksen and Carden for a week and so we spent a lot of time over there playing with them. She got out the water slide which is always a favorite. We were out there a lot.

 Love this :)

These two are two peas in a pod. They love to hang out together.

Last of Brecklynn's birthday and random...

On Sunday we had a small celebration again for Brecklynn and Darreck at Nana and Papas. Since these two share their birthday so of course they had to get sung together.

Of course we also had to go to McDonalds at one point and these crazy kids insisted on playing even though it was 100+ degrees and inside those tubes probably 15 more degree on that. So they were all a sweaty mess but they couldn't tell. They loved being together!

24th Celebration

This year the 24th celebration was in Pima. It always cracks me up to see the difference in attendance between the 24th celebration and the 4th of July. The streets are filled for the 24th and tons of floats in the parade. The kids loved watching all the horses in the parade. After this we left the crowd and headed to Taco Bell with Curtis' parents. It was nice to escape the hustle. Then we went back but just to the outskirts to watch the fireworks. It was fun just having our little family there to watch the fireworks. Brecklynn and Brielle freaked out so most of the time we were inside the car watching. Still a great time.
